Uber Technologies Inc. said it named Mandy Ginsberg, chief executive of Match Group, to its board of directors.

Ms. Ginsberg has been with Match Group for 14 years, most recently as CEO, a position from which she said she would step down from in March.

Match Group said in late January that Shar Dubey, who currently serves as the president of Match Group, will become CEO effective March 1.
