Pursuant to our announcement dated 15.01.2020, the approval of Competition Authority has been obtained for the transfer of total 55% shareholding of Turktell Bilişim Servisleri A.Ş., Global Bilgi Paz. Dan. ve Çağrı Servisi Hizm. A.Ş. and Turkcell Satış ve Dijital İş Servisleri A.Ş. in İnteltek İnternet Teknoloji Yatırım ve Danışmanlık Ticaret A.Ş. to Intralot Iberia Holding SAU.
