I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“TGS” or the “Company”), in order to report that, owing to Moody’s Investor Service’s decision to downgrade the Government of Argentina’s senior unsecured ratings, said rating agency decided to downgrade TGS’ Class 2 Notes issued by the Company in 2018 –maturing in 2025- from Caa1 to Caa3.
