Terex Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on October 6, 2020, announcing that it will host a conference call to review its third quarter financial results on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The Company will release its financial results prior to the call. A simultaneous webcast of the teleconference and a replay of the teleconference will be accessible to the public at www.terex.com.
