On September 7,
2020, Raimund Klinkner notified the Board of Directors of Terex
Corporation (the “Company”) that he will be resigning as a director
of the Company effective September 30, 2020. Dr. Klinkner’s
decision is not related to any disagreement between him and the
Company.
