On January 11, 2022, TD SYNNEX Corporation (“TD SYNNEX”) issued a press release regarding TD SYNNEX’ financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and year ended November 30, 2021 and the announcement of a dividend in the amount of $0.30 per common share in the first quarter of fiscal year 2022.
