(the "Company" or "Sunstone") (NYSE: SHO), the owner of Long-Term Relevant Real Estate® in the hospitality sector, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.157378 per share payable to its Series H cumulative redeemable preferred stockholders.  The dividend on the Series H preferred stock reflects the time period from May 24, 2021 to June 30, 2021 and will be paid on July 15, 2021 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2021.
