Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(e) On April 12, 2022, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Steelcase Inc. (the “Company”) approved the following: (1) the annual base salary of Sara E. Armbruster, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, was increased to $925,000, and (2) the annual base salary of Allan W. Smith, Jr., the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer, was increased to $600,000. The change to Ms. Armbruster’s salary was ratified by the Company’s Board of Directors on April 14, 2022.
