Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 22, 2021, A.G. Lafley notified us of his decision to resign as a member of our board of directors, effective December 31, 2021. Mr. Lafley’s decision was not based on any disagreement with Snap Inc. or management.
