Raytheon Gets $1 Billion Contract Modification From US Missile Defense Agency

Raytheon Corp. (RTN) said Monday it was awarded a $1 billion
modification under a previous contract to build a total of 62 SM-3
Block IIA interceptor missiles.
The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the
previously awarded contract to $2,489,619,561.
The contracting authority is the U.S. Missile Defense Agency,
Raytheon said, and the contract was awarded to Raytheon Missile
Systems.
