Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $11.055 to $11.07, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range.
(2)	The Form 4s filed on February 19, 2021 and May 13, 2021 inadvertently reported the stock purchases as having been made by the Reporting Person individually, instead of having been made by the Gessow Family Trust (the "Trust"). The totals in this Form 4 correct for the prior inadvertent reporting and show the correct number of shares held individually and by the Trust.
