Explanation of Responses:
(1)	These securities consist of 80,129 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Each RSU represents the Reporting Person's right to receive one share of Class A common stock, par value $0.00001 (Class A Common Stock), subject to vesting.
(2)	The Reporting Person was granted 80,129 RSUs on April 7, 2020, for which (i) 5% of the total number of RSUs will vest at the end of each three-month period occurring during the two-year period commencing March 20, 2020 and ending on March 20, 2022, and (iii) 7.5% of the total number of RSUs will vest at the end of each three-month period occurring during the two-year period commencing March 20, 2022 and ending on March 20, 2024, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through each such date.
