Petrobras on divestment of Albacora and Albacora Leste

Rio de Janeiro, October 07, 2021 -
Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras, regarding the pieces of news in the media about the divestment project of the Albacora
and Albacora Leste fields, in the Campos Basin, informs that there is still no decision about the winning proposal for either asset.
The company continues to analyze the
offers according to the evaluation criteria of this project and clarifies that, specifically for Albacora Leste, it started the process
of receiving new proposals (rebid), in accordance with the company's internal rules.
To date, no decision has been made
regarding Albacora, and the beginning of the negotiation phase for both assets will be submitted to the company's Executive Board for
deliberation, after receipt of the new proposals for Albacora Leste and the conclusion of the analysis of the offers.
The company clarifies that the execution
of the transaction will depend on the result of the negotiations, as well as the necessary corporate approvals.
Petrobras reinforces its commitment
to comprehensive transparency of its divestment projects and portfolio management and informs that the subsequent stages of the project
will be disclosed in accordance with the company's Divestment Systematics.
