California Judge Questions PG&E About Kincaid Fire --Report

--A federal judge in California has asked utility PG&E to
provide information about equipment problems it reported last month
near the time and place of the start of the Kincaid Fire, the San
Francisco Chronicle reports Monday.
--U.S. District Judge William Alsup is also seeking information
about the blackouts imposed by PG&E in an effort to prevent its
equipment from sparking blazes, the report said.
--The company had been contacted for comment, the report
said.
