Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 26, 2022, NexTier Oilfield Solutions Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing results for the second quarter ending June 30, 2022. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.

On July 27, 2022, NexTier will hold a conference call for investors at 9:00 a.m. Central Time (10:00 a.m. Eastern Time) to discuss second quarter 2022 financial and operating results.
