Item 5.02        Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
(c) On April 6, 2020, Michael W. Rickheim joined Neenah, Inc. (the “Company”) as Chief Human Resources Officer & Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Rickheim will lead strategy and execution for the Company’s Human Resources, Communications and Corporate Security functions. Mr. Rickheim will report directly to Julie A. Schertell, Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Rickheim was employed by Newell Brands, Inc., where he held various roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer.
In connection with his appointment, Mr. Rickheim will participate in the Company’s long-term equity compensation plan on an ongoing basis pursuant to the terms of the Company’s 2018 Omnibus Stock and Incentive Compensation Plan, all as determined by the Company’s Compensation Committee.
With respect to the disclosure required pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K, there are no transactions between the Company and Mr. Rickheim that would be required to be reported.
