Morgan Stanley Has Disposed of 5.7% of Voting Rights in Scout24

Scout24 AG (G24.XE) said Friday that Morgan Stanley (MS) has
disposed of a holding equaling 5.7% of the voting rights of the
German company.
Morgan Stanley disposed of the holding on May 6, according to a
notification, after acquiring a holding equaling 5.93% of voting
rights in Scout 24 in May 2.
Further details weren't available. German companies must notify
when a holder passes certain ownership thresholds of voting
rights.
