Philips Names Feike Sijbesma as Next Vice Chairman of Supervisory Board

Koninklijke Philips NV (PHIA.AE) said Tuesday that it will
propose the appointment of Feike Sijbesma as new member and vice
chairman of its supervisory board.
The Dutch technology company said that subject to his
appointment, Mr. Sijbesma will become vice chairman alongside
current Vice-Chairwoman Christine Poon, whose third term will
expire in 2021.
The company also proposed the appointment of Peter Loscher as
member of its supervisory board.
