On May 16, 2019 , KEMET Corporation (the “Company”) issued a News Release announcing the preliminary consolidated results for the fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2019 .

On May 16, 2019 , the Company will host a conference call to discuss financial results for its fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2019 .
