Business Wire
ITT Corporation (NYSE:ITT) today announced that it has completed
the previously announced acquisition of SRA International’s Airport
Operations Solutions (AOS) group, a leading provider of airport
solutions in North America since 1974.
“We believe the integration of the AOS group’s proven suite of
web-based applications will enhance ITT’s ability to rapidly
deliver cloud-based business intelligence solutions that solve our
aviation customers’ pressing operational needs,” said Mike Wilson,
president of ITT Information Systems. “This transaction strengthens
ITT’s business portfolio as we accelerate our commercial strategy
for growth in the air traffic management industry.”
More than 50 major airports enjoy the operational benefits of
AOS’s secure centrally managed web-based airport operation
management platform, AirScene.com, which provides critical airport
business functions such as revenue, surface operations and noise
management.
The terms of the sale were not disclosed.
