Invitae Corporation (the “Company”) informs its investors that the vast majority of its cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities are held outside of Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”). The Company has used SVB for certain operating activities and is in the process of transitioning such activities to a new bank. The Company is continuing to monitor the situation and any potential impact on its operations.
