FedEx Corp. (FDX) on Friday said David Cunningham, president and chief executive of FedEx Express, will retire at the end of the 2018 after more than 36 years with the company.
The Memphis, Tenn., parcel delivery giant said Raj Subramaniam, currently its executive vice president and chief marketing and communications officer, will succeed Mr. Cunningham at the helm of its largest segment by revenue, effective Jan. 1.
Brie Carere will succeed Mr. Subramaniam as executive vice president and chief marketing and communications officer, the company said.
