Explanation of Responses:
(1)	All of the January 2020 Restricted Stock Units (which were previously granted to the reporting person on January 1, 2020) vested on the date of the 2020 annual meeting of shareholders of EQT Corporation (the "Company") held on May 1, 2020 (the "Vesting Date"). On the Vesting Date, the reporting person received a number of shares of Company common stock equal to the number of January 2020 Restricted Stock Units.
(2)	Each Restricted Stock Unit represents a right to receive one share of Company common stock.
(3)	All of the May 2020 Restricted Stock Units will vest on the date of the Company's 2021 annual meeting of shareholders, subject to the conditions set forth in the award. Shares of the Company's common stock will be delivered to the reporting person either upon vesting or, if the reporting person elected to defer receipt, following cessation of service as a director.
