Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 9, 2020, EnLink Midstream, LLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will hold a webcast and conference call to discuss 2020 financial guidance and financial strategy on January 16, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. Central time. An accompanying presentation and press release will be posted on the Investors page at www.EnLink.com after market close Wednesday, January 15.
