Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 7, 2019, EnLink Midstream, LLC (the “Registrant”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2019, updating certain full-year 2019 company-level financial guidance metrics, detailing its 2020 growth capital expenditures outlook, and providing an operational update. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and will be published on the Registrant’s website at www.enlink.com. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information set forth in this Item 2.02 and in the attached exhibit are deemed to be furnished and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”).
