Delta Air Lines, Inc. today issued press release announcing it is planning a private offering of $1.5 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes and to enter into a $1.5 billion Term Loan B due 2023. The press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
