ConocoPhillips Names David Seaton, Al Walker to Board

ConocoPhillips on Tuesday said it named David Seaton and Al
Walker as directors, expanding its board to 13 members, 12 of whom
are independent.
The Houston energy company said both men will serve on the
board's public-policy and audit-and-finance committees.
Mr. Seaton stepped down last year as chairman and chief
executive of Fluor Corp., while Mr. Walker was previously president
and chief executive of Anadarko Petroleum Corp., which was acquired
last year by Occidental Petroleum Corp.
