As previously described in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 23, 2020, on November 5, 2020, Mike Osier, the Chief Information Officer and Chief Outcomes Officer of Chegg, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company that he will retire from the Company on December 31, 2020.
