On Friday, April 23, 2021, CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. (“CEMEX”) (NYSE: CX) announced that it will report its first quarter 2021 results on Thursday, April 29, 2021, and host a conference call and a live audio webcast presentation to discuss the results on that same date at 10:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time. CEMEX’s live presentation can be accessed, and dial-in information is available, at www.cemex.com.

CEMEX Latam Holdings, S.A. (“CLH”) (BVC: CLH), an indirect subsidiary of CEMEX, announced that it will also report its first quarter 2021 results on Thursday, April 29, 2021. CLH’s report will be made available at www.cemexlatam.com on the aforementioned date. CLH has discontinued to host a conference call and a live audio webcast presentation.

CEMEX Holdings Philippines, Inc. (“CHP”) (PSE: CHP), an indirect subsidiary of CEMEX, announced that it will report its first quarter 2021 results on Friday, April 30, 2021, and host a conference call and webcast presentation to discuss the results on that same date at 10:00 a.m. GMT+08 (Thursday, April 29, 2021, 10:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time). CHP’s live presentation can be accessed, and dial-in information is available, at www.cemexholdingsphilippines.com.
