Item 5.02(b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election
of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory
Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 30, 2020, the Boards of Directors of Carnival
Corporation and Carnival plc (together, the “Company”) determined
that Stein Kruse, former Group Chief Executive Officer of Holland
America Group and Carnival UK and a named executive officer, is no
longer deemed an executive officer of the Company, given the change
in his role to Special Advisor to the Chairman and to the Chief
Executive Officer, effective December 1, 2020.
