Recently announced, CACI
International Inc. (CACI) received a $476 million
five-year (one base and four option years) contract to provide IT
and telecommunications solutions as per the U.S. Government Omnibus
Network Enterprise (USG ONE) deal to federal agencies including the
Department of Defense (DOD).
As per this contract, the company
will cater to alleviating the costs incurred at U.S. federal
agencies along with ameliorating and technologically advancing
their communication capabilities.
CACI International’s approbatory
goodwill and expertise in offering high-quality IT and
telecommunications services have paved the way for an interminable
saga of profitable contract awards for the company. Not long ago,
CACI International earned a $189 million contract from the
Intelligence Community (IC) of the U.S. federal agencies to cater
to their IT needs.
The company recently announced the
financial results for its second quarter of fiscal 2012, whereby
the Department of Defense (DOD) accounted for about 79% and Federal
Civilian Agencies accounted for around 16.3% of total revenue
during the quarter. It is evident that CACI International shall
continue to fuel its revenues progressively from the U.S. defense
sectors in a similar fashion in its coming quarters.
We currently project CACI
International to deliver earnings of $1.42 per share in its third
quarter of fiscal 2012 and $5.89 per share for the full year.

headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, CACI International Inc.
offers professional and IT services for defense, intelligence,
homeland security, and IT modernization and government
transformation.
At present we have a Neutral
recommendation on CACI International Inc. The stock currently
carries a Zacks #2 Rank, which translates into a short-term rating
of Buy.
