Item 1.04. Mine Safety.

On September 29, 2021, the Company received a section 107(a) order issued by the Mine Safety and Health Administration under the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977 at its Winn Materials of Kentucky location in Grand Rivers, Kentucky. The order stated that a commercial truck driver was observed standing on the top of loose materials in the bed of his dump truck without fall protection. The order was terminated shortly thereafter when the truck driver dismounted the bed of the dump truck and received site specific training on truck driving hazards. No one was injured in the cited incident.
