Remarks: This Form 4/A amends and restates the original Form 4 filed on February 24, 2020 which omitted, due to inadvertent administrative error, the two additional restricted stock units granted on February 20, 2020 that each vest on February 20, 2021. This Form 4/A is also deemed to adjust, accordingly, the reported balance on the form 4 filed by the reporting person on February 25, 2020 and February 26, 2020.
