(b) On August 6, 2019, Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that Patrick J. DeCourcy, the Company’s Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, intends to retire.  Mr. DeCourcy will remain in his current role until his successor is appointed and will retire from ATI on March 31, 2020.    
The Press Release is set forth in its entirety and attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
