Accenture Expects Fiscal Year, 1Q Revenue To Rise Between 5% and 8% On Local Currency Basis

Accenture PLC (ACN) said it is expecting revenue for both the
first quarter and fiscal year to increase between 5% and 8% on a
local-currency basis.
The company expects earnings of $7.62 to $7.84 a share for the
fiscal year.
It said it estimates its operating margin to rise between 10
basis points and 30 basis points from a year earlier of 14.7% to
14.9%.
It is guiding for free cash flow of $5.7 billion to $6.1 billion
and said it estimates operating cash flow of $6.35 billion to $6.75
billion.
For the first quarter, Accenture said it estimates revenue of
$10.9 billion to $11.2 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet are
expecting $11.26 billion.
The company said it expects results in the first quarter will be
hurt by a 2% foreign exchange impact compared with a year earlier.
It expects them to be hurt by a 1% foreign exchange impact for the
fiscal year compared with a year prior, Accenture said.
