| The Generation Z ETF (the Fund) seeks capital appreciation. The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) that will invest its assets in U.S.-listed equity securities of companies that, in the assessment of the Sub-Adviser (Alkali Fintech LLC), are the most relevant to Generation Z (the age cohort born between 1997 and the early 2010s) (Gen Z). Gen Z is the largest generation to date with well over 2 billion members. Gen Z is forecasted to become the highest earning generation within a decade. Historically, technology has been most rapidly adopted by younger, emerging generations. Therefore, the Sub-Advisor believes that companies that score high in terms of Gen Z metrics (described below) will more likely have higher stock prices over the long-term than companies that score low. |
