Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The securities awarded are in the form of restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. The RSUs will vest as to 50% of the shares on 8/11/20 and the remaining 50% on 2/11/21.
(2)	All share numbers reported reflect the 1-for-40 reverse stock split effected on January 15, 2020.
