Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Represents the payout of a performance share unit award for the June 26, 2017 to June 28, 2020 performance period under the Wright Medical Group N.V. 2017 Equity and Incentive Plan, as approved by the Issuer's Compensation Committee of its Board of Directors. Performance share unit awards are paid in ordinary shares of the Issuer.
(2)	Includes 13,111 shares that will be issued over time upon vesting pursuant to restricted stock units granted under the Wright Medical Group N.V. 2017 Equity and Incentive Plan and 14,263 shares that will be issued over time upon vesting pursuant to restricted stock units granted under the Wright Medical Group N.V. Amended and Restated 2017 Equity and Incentive Plan.
(3)	These shares were sold under a pre-arranged sales instruction pursuant to Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, to cover the estimated tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting of performance share unit awards.
