Item 8.01Other Events.
On April 30, 2020, Westwater Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an order from a tribunal appointed by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) that denied a request made by the Republic of Turkey to bifurcate the arbitration proceeding. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
