Jasinowski, David Mitchell and Vincent J. Mullarkey were reelected to the company's board of directors by over 99% of the shares voting at webMethods' 2005 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Mitchell is webMethods' President and Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Jasinowski and Mr. Mullarkey serve as independent directors of webMethods. Each was elected to a three-year term.
