Walgreens, CVS Change Policies Regarding Customers Carrying Guns -- Update

Walgreens and CVS on Thursday joined a growing number of U.S.
retailers that are changing their policies regarding customers who
carry firearms.
Walgreens said, "We are joining other retailers in asking our
customers to no longer openly carry firearms into our stores other
than authorized law enforcement officials."
Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. (WBA) is the parent of
Walgreens.
CVS Health Corp. (CVS), in a tweet, said, "We join a growing
chorus of businesses in requesting that our customers, other than
authorized law enforcement personnel, do not bring firearms into
our stores."
Earlier this week, Kroger Co. (KR) said it was asking customers
to no longer openly carry firearms in its stores.
On Wednesday, Walmart Inc. (WMT) made a similar request of its
customers and announced it would no longer sell ammunition for
assault-style weapons.
