Other Events

On March 26, 2020, Virtusa Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release withdrawing its prior guidance for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2020, ending March 31, 2020, reflecting impacts from the COVID-19 Coronavirus. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
