HARTFORD, Conn., Dec. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Virtus Investment
Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRTS), which operates a multi-manager asset
management business, today announced that its Board of Directors
has declared a cash dividend of $0.55
per share on its common stock for the fourth quarter of 2018. The
dividend will be paid on February 15,
2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on
January 31, 2019.
The board also declared a quarterly cash dividend of
$1.8125 per share on the company's
7.25% Series D Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock (NASDAQ:
VRTSP). The dividend will be paid on February 1, 2019 to shareholders of record at the
close of business on January 15,
2019.
Future declarations of dividends will be subject to the approval
of the Board of Directors.
