Events
On January 12, 2021, TBC Holding Company LLC, a Delaware limited
liability company and a subsidiary of Turtle Beach Corporation,
acquired certain assets related to the Neat Microphones business of
Stray Electrons LLC, a California limited liability company
(“Neat”). The closing payment was funded from cash on the
Company’s balance sheet. Neat creates, manufactures, and
sells high-quality digital USB and analog microphones that embrace
cutting-edge technology and design. A copy of
the press release announcing the acquisition is attached hereto as
Exhibit 99.1.
