In this Current Report on Form 8-K, the term “the Company” refers to TravelCenters of America LLC.

It has come to the Company’s attention that the Company’s investor presentation for the quarter ended March 31, 2019, posted on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website, included typographical errors on slide 24.
