Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 27, 2021, Tetra Tech, Inc. (“Tetra Tech”) reported its results of operations for its first fiscal quarter ended December 27, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1.

Other Events.

On January 27, 2021, Tetra Tech announced that its Board of Directors has declared a $0.17 per share quarterly cash dividend. The dividend is payable on February 26, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 10, 2021.
