Tech Data Recognized for Advancing Gender Parity in the Board Room

Company honored during the Women’s Forum of New York 2019 Breakfast of Corporate Champions

Tech Data (Nasdaq: TECD) was recognized by the Women’s Forum of New York for achieving at least 30 percent representation of women on its Board of Directors. The honor was received during the fifth annual Breakfast of Corporate Champions, which recognizes S&P 500 and Fortune 1,000 companies that exceed the national average of Board seats held by women and are leading the way to parity by 2025.
