On December 6, 2019,
NortonLifeLock Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Amy L. Cappellanti-Wolf, its Senior Vice President and Chief Human
Resources Officer, will resign from her position effective December 13, 2019 in connection with the Company’s completed
sale of certain assets of the Company’s enterprise security business to Broadcom Inc. on November 4, 2019.
