Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 3, 2019, Allen S. Moseley resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Streamline Health Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Moseley’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company. The Company is grateful to Mr. Moseley for his years of service and his valuable contributions to the Company.
