On May 1, 2019, Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing the completion of the acquisition of King Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for King Southern Bank, on April 30, 2019. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
